1. Nature of Services
TechEcomm provides professional e-commerce automation services for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and Amazon sellers. We act as an independent contractor. We do not provide investment advice, securities, or guaranteed financial returns.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the minimum required capital (as stated during the consultation) to sustain e-commerce operations, inventory purchases, and platform fees.
3. Payment & Fees
All management fees, setup costs, and profit-sharing structures are governed by the specific Service Agreement signed between the Client and TechEcomm. Fees are non-refundable once operational work (product research/sourcing) has commenced.
4. Limitation of Liability
TechEcomm is not responsible for:
- Changes in any platforms Terms of Service that affect account standing.
- Market volatility, shipping delays, or manufacturing defects.
- Financial losses resulting from business operations.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of USA.
